- It is a tool that helps us to analyze our competitors.
- The first step is to identify what other competitors exist in the market.
- Once we have identified them, we must look at the key factors or elements and study how they are positioning themselves in each of them.
If you do the same thing as your competitors, at the same price and at the same having yet to build a brand, then you have a problem.
