  • There are four types of entrepreneurs: technological entrepreneur, traditional entrepreneur, social entrepreneur and intra-preneur.
  • Execution is way more important than having a great idea.
  • The main agents in an entrepreneurship ecosystem are SMEs and corporates, startups and entrepreneurs, investors and business angels, incubators, accelerators, banks, business schools, universities, suppliers, costomers and clients, R&D centers, government and public sector, competitors, and other agents.
  • An entrepreneurship ecosystem is the convergence of all the actors involved.
  • A unicorn is a startup with a valuation of more than one billion USD.
  • The main reason why startups fail is because there is no market need.
