In today’s class we’re going to talk about the main methodologies for entrepreneurship (agile).
What should you know after this class?
Agile.
- Are used in project management.
- Main advantages: fast and continuous deliveries, it conceives the project in homogeneous parts, promote collaborative work, the costumer is a member of the team, predicts the results and minimizes risks.
- Some of the agile methodologies are Scrum, KanBan, Xtreme programing, Scrumban and others.
